Jetzt wird der Cappuccino zum Genuss
Der Milchaufschäumer von GRAEF entspricht genau unseren Vorstellungen. Wir haben schon seit Jahren einen Wasserkocher von GRAEF, der das Wasser auf vorgegebene Temperaturen erhitzt und sind sehr zufrieden damit. Den Milchaufschäumer haben wir uns bestellt, um endlich mal einen hausgemachten Cappuccino mit viel Milchschaum genießen zu können.
Der Aufschäumer produziert tatsächlich einen hervorragenden festen Milchschaum - in kürzester Zeit. Die Bedienung ist einfach und die Reinigung fast nicht der Rede wert - eben schnell und unkompliziert. Durch das schmale Design findet sich für den Aufschäumer auch in einer kleinen Küche ein Stellplatz.
Bei dem Einschalter haben wir zunächst den Druckpunkt gesucht - aber da ist keiner. Der Schalter hat eine Touch-Funktion, damit wird das Gerät gesteuert. Am besten nur kurz antippen und nicht lange draufdrücken, dann klappt es am besten!
Noch ein Wort zum Energieverbrauch: Wenn er in Betrieb ist und die Milch aufheizt und aufschäumt braucht er die 400 Watt, wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Das sind jedoch kurze Betriebszeiten und nicht der Rede wert. Interessanter ist der Verbrauch im Standby Betrieb, also wenn der Stecker in der Steckdose steckt und das Gerät abgeschaltet ist. Dann braucht er 0,23 Watt (das sind ca. 2 kWh im Jahr), das ist sehr wenig und absolut akzeptabel!
Styliches Modell ! Jede der 3 Möglichkeiten liefert genau das passende Ergebnis, und das Tüpfelchen obenauf ist das nach Gebauch mühelose Durchspülen unter fließendem Wasser, da durch die tolle Beschichtung ein Ansetzen der Milch wie bei meinem Graef-Vorgängermodell nicht auftritt. Ich hoffe, das bleibt auch so ;'))...
Der Glas-Milchaufschäumer hat mich direkt überzeugt – die vielen verschiedenen Einstellungsmöglichkeiten, was die Temperatur und die Automatikprogramme betrifft, sind ein echter Pluspunkt! Ebenso, dass man Milchalternativen wie Hafer-, Soja-, Kokos- und Mandeldrinks damit aufschäumen kann, rundet das Ganze perfekt ab. Der Schaum wird – egal, ob mit Milch oder Milchalternativen – wirklich perfekt. So ein Schaumerlebnis habe ich bei einem Milchaufschäumer noch nie gehabt.
Ich kann diesen Milchaufschäumer wärmstens weiterempfehlen! :)
