For over 60 years, we as the family-owned company GRAEF stand for exceptional workmanship, durability and not least the design of our universal slicers. The value chain of our slicers - from development and production to final touch, logistics and repair - takes place at the main factory in Arnsberg, Sauerland. They are therefore "made in Germany at its best" and stand for responsible action and sustainable business.

With the knife of the food slicer, you can effortlessly cut through breads of all kinds (even with hard crusts), harder cheeses, many vegetables and cold cuts.

The slicer comes standard with a Ø 170 mm serrated blade made of stainless steel. With this knife, you can effortlessly cut through breads of all kinds (even with hard crusts), harder cheeses, many vegetables, and cold cuts.

Plastic tray

The practical plastic tray ensures that the material to be cut is neatly collected directly after cutting.

Infinitely variable cutting thickness

The cutting thickness is infinitely adjustable. This allows thin or significantly thicker slices to be cut evenly.

SKS100 slicers - the compact ones

Preparing fresh food in a tasty and sustainable way - that starts with cutting. With its compact design, the SKS100 series finds its place in every kitchen. It is designed for young households and ultimately for anyone who values fresh, healthy food. The metal machines are particularly impressive due to the solid interaction of all components. Their energy-saving Eco Power Motion DC motor works both powerfully and quietly with 45 watts and a peak cutting power of 170 watts. It rotates a 170 mm wide, stainless steel blade with serrated edge.

Like the SKS320, this series is also equipped with the Safety Lock and the "Clip" child safety lock and is available in the twin-version.

Last but not least, the devices of the SKS100 series shine with their timeless shape. The various colors in which they are available also leave no design wish unfulfilled. In addition, there is a choice of two lines, the SKS100 with a foot stand and the SKS110 with a base plate.
