This wonderfully balanced Arabica coffee is grown in the north of Colombia, the country's largest coffee-growing region. Many claim that the highest quality Colombian coffees come from here. The aroma with a slightly sweet note is a real taste experience and comes into its own when prepared as a filter coffee.

Recommended preparation:

Filter coffee machine, French press pot, cold brew, pour over brewing methods: Hand filter, Chemex®, AeroPress®

For the preparation of filter coffee, we recommend a fresh grind with a medium grind. (Rule of thumb: 60g ground coffee / litre, brewing temperature: approx. 93°C, brewing time: approx. 5-6 minutes)
