Powerful disc grinder
The high-quality disc grinder made of hardened steel and a diameter of 50 mm ensures a perfect grinding result with a high grinding capacity (1-1.5 g/sec.) for every type of preparation. The integrated "ACE system" prevents the coffee grounds from clumping and the static charging of the coffee grounds.
"Hands-free" grinding process
When preparing espresso, the group handle of the espresso machine can simply be hooked into the group handle holder and does not need to be guided by hand during the grinding process.
Continuously adjustable grind setting
For most precise adjustments to the coffee bean and type of preparation, the grinding level of the coffee grinder can be set infinitely variably and thus extremely precisely at the adjustment wheel on the top of the unit.
Touch display with timer
The variable timer of this on-demand coffee grinder ensures repeat accuracy for every grinding process and can be precisely adjusted thanks to the touch display. The coffee grinder also delivers fresh, precise and reproducible grinding results at all times thanks to the minimised dead space.
High-quality housing
The metal housing of the GRAEF CM1100 is painted in elegant colours and gives the coffee grinder a timeless, elegant look. In addition, the solid product weight of over 5kg emphasises the high quality of this grinder and makes it the perfect partner for any group handle machine.
Clever group handle holder
The removable stainless steel group handle holder is height-adjustable and can therefore be adapted to the respective size of the group handle. If required, the support pad supplied can be stuck on to prevent slipping and protect the material.
Particularly quiet during operation
Thanks to the high-quality motor technology in combination with the disc grinder, the GRAEF coffee grinders in the CM1000 series are comparatively quiet. Noise level: ≤ 60 dB (measuring distance: 1 m)
